Gypsy Lord creates a breathtaking color contrast with a lower layer of deep bluish-purple, that is topped off with a ball of white and dramatic red beards. These tall plants love the sun, are drought-tolerant, deer resistant, rabbit resistant, and make excellent cut flowers. They bloom between spring and early summer.
Thrives in full sun. Well-drained soil is a must. Feed yearly with an organic fertilizer. Remove dead or damaged foliage and spent blooms as needed, and cut back foliage in fall to 6".
