Grape Fizz is a colorful little shrub that puts on a show, blooming in early spring with loads of reddish grape-purple flowers and yellow stamens. In fall, its leaves turn a bright golden yellow. It stays nice and compact, growing about 4–5 feet tall and wide, with a full, bushy shape. Great for adding early color and fall interest to your yard!

Thrives in average, well-drained soil with consistent moisture and full sun to part shade—full sun encourages best flowering. Prefers moist, acidic, organically rich soil. Avoid drought to prevent leaf scorch. Tolerates clay soil if drainage is good. Remove root suckers promptly, especially below graft unions, to prevent spreading. Prune after spring bloom to maintain shape and size.
