This award winner is a large, dense pyramidal tree with incredible foliage and form. When young, the leaves are a pale green which matures into a dark green. In the fall foliage will turn to russet-gold colors and bristly fruits will ripen. Fruit is edible! Makes a great shade tree in the landscape or can be used as a hedge screen.
