Silverstone cotoneaster is tough and beautiful. It’s both fire-blight-resistant and drought-tolerant. Foliage is fine-textured and silver-blue, arranged in a springy, firework-like habit. Its wide, low form works beautifully in borders, as edging, or in containers. Its red berries add incredible fall and winter interest.

Thrives in full sun, average amount of water, and average soil conditions. Little care is needed for this plant. It naturally maintains a dense low habit, but can be shaped in late winter/early spring if you don't mind losing flower and berry shows for the year.
